"Ordered a Petite Keep grand trunk during the warehouse sale. It was stated they would have minor imperfections. When the trunk arrived, there was a big dent and hole in the side of the trunk.I do not consider this to be a minor imperfection. Very disappointed in the condition of the trunk. Considering with shipping, I paid $285. I wish there was the ability to attach a photo to show how damaged the trunk I received was. My advice is not to order a trunk from them during a warehouse sale."

"I loved the product. Your company needs a mobile number to reach someone. My shipment took a month. No one called, emailed, or texted me that there had been a delay in blue trunks. Had I not have reached out to you, my daughter-in-law would not have received her gift before her shower. It made it to my house one day before. You are very hard to get a hold of.
